Please note, custom order DTFs submitted before 10AM will be ready for pick up by 3PM.
If submitted after 10AM, orders will be available for pick up by 3PM the next business day unless a rush order is included in purchase (excluding weekends and holidays). You will be contacted via email or phone once your order is ready for pick up in store.
Some things to check or know before submitting your order
- Be sure to provide a high-resolution PNG image with a transparent background (300 dpi or higher). We will not be held liable for poor resolution images.
- Please note, sizing is based on the longest length. (i.e. if your design is longer OR taller than it is wide, we will go by the height instead of the width based on the size print selected)
- Make sure your designs are sized according to how you need them. We cannot adjust or resize your artwork.
