General Terms & Conditions

This website, SouthernSassVinylandMore.com, (collectively referred to as the "Site" in these Terms of Service) is owned and operated by Southern Sass Vinyl & More, LLC (“Southern Sass Vinyl & More”, "we", "us" or "our"). By accessing or continuing to access the Site, you ("You" or "User" or “Users”) agree to these Terms of Service (collectively, the "Agreement").

This agreement may be modified from time to time, and it is the responsibility of the User to ensure they understand the current published Agreement.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations of online orders may only be processed prior to order fulfillment. Since each order is processed as quickly as possible, User must contact the us by phone at 281-724-0818.  Only non-fulfilled orders will be cancelled, all fulfilled (shipped) orders will be treated under the Shipping & Returns Policy.

Intellectual Property

Printed Vinyl: All printed vinyl products on the Site are designed and produced by Southern Sass Vinyl & More.  No User is authorized to re-purpose, modify, license, publish or re-sell the design (in part or in whole).  Purchased printed vinyl (vinyl prints) may be used in commercial or personal applications as provided (in part or in whole).

Copyrights, Trademarks, and User Right to Use

Our services do include custom prints and cuts on vinyl materials for several applications.  User agrees that they have the right to use all potentially copyrighted or trademarked designs submitted to Southern Sass Vinyl & More.  User is responsible to certify that artwork submitted to Southern Sass Vinyl & More is not in violation of any international copyright or trademark laws. It is the sole responsibility of the User requesting the print (through the Site or via any communication to Southern Sass Vinyl & More) to verify that they are authorized to use potentially copyrighted or trademarked materials. Southern Sass Vinyl & More assumes no liability in the case of production or sale of any potential copyrighted or trademarked designs made on behalf of User.
